What can I expect during an in-person group fitness class?

Our classes are usually circuit based workouts and no class is ever the same. The sessions run based on our 6-week training block, meaning you will be exercising with a different training focus at each session. Our programs include sessions such as strength, cardio, core, functional training and more! You come together in a group with like-minded people regardless of what fitness level you’re at and complete the workout as a team. The best part about these sessions are that you will not only sweat, you will also have fun!

What is yoga?

Yoga helps awaken your sense of balance and harmony. It’s a great way to unwind from the comfort of your own home or with us in-person. No matter what your flexibility level is our classes are suitable for you!

What is pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that emplasises core strength, flexibility, and body control. It fosters physical and mental well-being through precise movements and breath control, offering a path to a balanced and agile physique.

How do the live online fitness classes & yoga work?

Live sessions are interactive workouts via Zoom. You log in from the comfort of your own home or wherever you like, and you use whatever equipment you have. Participants follow along with instructions given to them and you can interact with everyone like you would in person.

How long do the sessions go for?

All in-person classes run for 1 hour. Online sessions including yoga & pilates vary between 30-45 mins.

Do you offer 1 on 1 Personal Training?

Yes! Please contact me to discuss how I can help.

I have limited or no equipment to participate online, does that matter?

Not at all! Bodyweight options are given for all sessions to cater to everyone’s needs regardless of what equipment you have.

I don't have a lot of space, can I still participate online?

Yes 100%, You won’t require much space at all, the majority of our online fitness classs participants workout from their loungerooms or spare bedroom! As long as you can see us, and we can see you then you will be fine.

What if I have an injury or a condition to manage?

We can discuss any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions before a session to ensure we can help adjust or modify the workout for you.  

What happens if I'm running late or miss the live session?

You can still join in up to 10 mins late. If you still miss it altogether don’t worry because we have a large number of sessions that have been recorded, and you can access these on-demand in the members section of our app.

Where can I find your timetable and a little more about your classes?

You can find the timetable here, and on the bottom of the timetable you will will see an brief explanation about each class type. If you have any queries about the classes please contact me.

Do I need to book in for sessions?

Yes, you will need to book in to attend all sessions online & in-person. This is done via the FT Fitness App. You will be given instructions on how to do this during your sign up.
