  • Group Fitness Classes

    Our classes focus on, getting you strong and improving your fitness. We follow a 6-week training block (click below to read more about this) which focuses on a different training type at each session, to give you an all rounder fitness solution. During the warmer months, we train outdoors and move indoors for winter.

  • Online Fitness Classes

    Our online fitness classes are suitable for all levels! We offer many workouts such as HIIT, strength, core and more. With minimal equipment needed, it's easy to get started at home. Get ready to move, and feel great!

    Classes run LIVE every time and are trainer led. Access to on-demand workouts is also included.

  • Online Yoga

    Yoga helps awaken your sense of balance and harmony. It’s a great way to unwind from the comfort of your own home or wherever you are. No matter what your flexibility level is our classes are suitable for you!

  • Online Pilates

    Pilates works towards building core strength, flexibility, and body control. Through precise movements and breath control, it fosters physical and mental well-being, offering a path to a balanced and agile physique.

We have no lock-in memberships, no minimum contracts, no joining or admin fees! Select a membership that suits you. We also offer pre-paid class pass packs!

At FT Fitness our mission is to empower you to lead a fit & healthy lifestyle your way to help you and exercise be friends for life. We offer our fitness classes in two ways: Train online from the convenience of your home or in-person from either Blackburn or Cranbourne.

Yoga & Pilates run online only.

Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are like no other, they are a mix of strength, conditioning & cardio workouts. Alongside this they are fun, and everyone is welcome! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and you can join at two locations, Blackburn or Cranbourne.

Online Yoga

Join our qualified yoga instructors, during a guided class that will teach you yoga techniques to help improve focus, flexibility and reduce stress. Participate in our live sessions or watch on-demand at a time that’s more suitable for you.

Online Fitness Classes

Our online fitness classes run LIVE for 30-45 minutes 7 days a week. You can choose from a range of different classes from functional, strength, core, conditioning & high intensity.
