Francesco Terminelli
Hi I’m Francesco, the proud Owner and Operator of FT Fitness.
I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer for over 13 years, and my passion is helping people stay fit and healthy. We have a very supportive community at FT Fitness, and watching people from all fitness levels achieve their goals [whilst having fun] is what makes me so happy. I am the lead trainer here and program & run all of the fitness, strength, cardio, HIIT and Pilates classes on the timetable both in-person and online.
My personal fitness journey started over 16 years ago, I prioritised my health and fitness and transformed not only my mind but my body too and lost over 20kg. I had my ups and downs, experiencing plateaus and setbacks. However, what kept me going was a commitment to change and knowing that I didn't want to go back to feeling unhealthy and unhappy within myself.
After making such a positive change in my own life, I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same goal.
I’m incredibly thankful for the trust of my past and present clients and proud of all their achievements. Working together, we have achieved so many goals, and now I’m excited to be able to help you achieve yours.
What do I love most about FT Fitness?
We are best known for our supportive and caring community. Everyone is incredible and we have a lot of fun! We encourage our members to relax and be themselves. Our classes are inclusive and we adjust our programs depending on your needs.
Natalie Thambu
Hi I’m Natalie, experienced Yoga teacher.
My style of yoga is all about making the poses work for you and your body by using props and modifying poses to make it most accessible to the individual. I'm not the most super flexible person myself, despite practicing yoga for over 10 years. I've come to learn that some aspects of your flexibility can't be manipulated and are down to your genetic makeup. I've also learned that yoga is so much more than body flexibility - it can teach you to be more flexible in your thinking and open your mind to new perspectives. It also offers a space to de-stress and slow down from this crazy, busy lifestyle we have become accustomed to in our society. These are all the qualities I aim to bring to each yoga class. I love teaching yoga at FT Fitness because of the down to earth community. They welcome everyone in with a smile and there's always time for a laugh too!

Trish DeVisha
Hi I’m Trish, I’m trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini & Tantra styles of Yoga, as well as AnimalFlow & ShakingMedicine.
“I am passionate about all things Yoga & love teaching Yoga because it is a job where I get to see a group of calm, happy, smiling, relaxed participants at the end of every session. I love being able to share the gift of Yoga with the world.
I love teaching at FT Fitness because of the supportive & regular community where everyone encourages each other.”
Trish also has a background in Dance, Acro, Martial Arts, Qigong & TaiChi.
She teaches a fusion style tailored to participants, based upon the different modalities she has practiced & studied over the years.
At FT Fitness Trish runs the 7.30pm Wednesday evening 35minute online “Breath & Balance” sessions, which are all level sessions based on gentle flowing sequences with variations & modifications for all levels of participants.

Ruchi Arora
Hi I’m Ruchi, a seasoned yoga instructor with a wealth of experience spanning over 8 years in teaching & practicing yoga.
Ruchi holds multiple Yoga certifications, including 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Backache Management, Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal & Postpartum Yoga, Kids Yoga Teacher Training, Ruchi brings a deep understanding of the practice and a commitment to guiding individuals on their transformative & healing journey.With a passion for fostering holistic well-being, Ruchi creates a nurturing and inclusive space for students of all levels. Drawing on a rich background in various yoga styles and methodologies, she seamlessly weaves together a practice that addresses physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions.
Known for her intuitive teaching approach, Ruchi tailors classes to meet the unique needs of each student. She truly believe in the power of yoga to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, and her classes often incorporate elements of breathwork, anatomy, and alignment principles. Having cultivated her expertise through continuous learning and exploration, Ruchi is not just an instructor but a guide who empowers students to connect with their inner selves. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Ruchi is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where you can embark on your personal yoga journey.
