Finding it hard to stay motivated? Want the flexibility to work out from home? Or maybe, you want the best of both worlds while keeping the same space, same trainers, same community. You’re in the right place!

Here at FT Fitness, we offer convenient, affordable and accessible training options to suit your needs, whether you prefer attending our in-person group fitness classes [Blackburn and Cranbourne] or online fitness classes in the comfort of your own home. We offer a range of different class types, including Pilates and Yoga.

No lock-in memberships, no minimum contracts, no joining or admin fees.

Our in-person group fitness sessions are perfect to give you everything you need. They’re fun, engaging and we cater to all fitness levels. Every 6 weeks a new training block starts, which is designed to give you a well rounded fitness solution. We focus on everything, from strength, to cardio, to core. Suitable for all fitness levels and BYO friends encouraged!

Train anywhere, and anytime! This solution allows you to log in from wherever is convenient. Our sessions run live with our trainers moving with you every step of the way. They are interactive and you will feel you are right in the room with everyone at the same time.

Pilates works towards building core strength, flexibility, and body control. Yoga focuses on flexibility and allows you to slow down to find balance and focus on your state of mind. Both are great additions to your weekly workout schedule, and pairs well as a complementary workout to our other sessions. Workouts run live online multiple times weekly.
