Each block combines all key elements of fitness — strength, flexibility, core, and cardio. This ensures your training remains structured and your workouts focused on one element at each session. It’s a well-rounded solution that supports real-life movement and long-term progress no matter your goal. All sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels.

Each session has a clear training focus - Whether it’s building strength including functional movements, improving endurance, strengthening your core, or getting your heart rate up to get you cardio fit. You’ll follow a steady structure across the 6 weeks, helping you stay consistent. We also love variety and this ensures you won’t get bored! We use tracking tools and fitness tests developed by Francesco, along the way so you can see how far you’ve come. You will be supported every step of the way to help you reach your goals as you continue to progress.
