ELEVATE 26 CHALLENGE

The ELEVATE 26 Challenge is designed to help you build consistency, create stronger habits and stay accountable over four weeks.

This challenge isn't about being perfect. It's about showing up regularly, moving your body, and focusing on progress over perfection.

Whether you're already training regularly or just looking to establish a more consistent routine, ELEVATE 26 provides the structure, motivation and community support to help you stay on track.

The Objective

Throughout the challenge, participants will work towards:

  • Building consistency with exercise and movement

  • Developing sustainable health and fitness habits

  • Staying accountable for four weeks

  • Challenging themselves to improve their fitness

  • Having fun!

While there will be a friendly competitive element, the real goal is to focus on your own progress and achieve the best results possible for yourself.

How the Challenge Works

The challenge runs for 4 weeks.

You can complete the challenge alongside your regular FT Fitness sessions, as well as any additional training you complete outside of FT Fitness.

Throughout the challenge you will:

  • Attend FT Fitness sessions

  • Take part in weekly challenge missions (not daily).

  • Focus on weekly health and lifestyle habits - outside of your training.

  • Participate in optional bonus activities and mini-missions.

  • Complete a fitness test at the beginning and end of the challenge.

Training Expectations

To successfully complete the ELEVATE 26 Challenge, participants are expected to maintain a consistent level of activity throughout the four weeks.

Activities can include:

  • FT Fitness Group Sessions

  • FT Fitness Personal Training Sessions

  • Some of your own workouts outside of FT Fitness

  • FT Fitness Pre Recorded Video Workouts

  • FT Fitness Yoga & Pilates Sessions

Challenge Rules:

  • Complete a minimum of 5 sessions per week.

  • Maximum of 7 training sessions of any kind can be claimed per week.

  • Maximum of 3 own workouts or video workouts can be claimed per week.

  • Maximum of 2 Yoga/Pilates can be claimed per week.

  • Walks and leisure bike rides do not count.

  • The challenge can be completed through a combination of FT Fitness sessions and any workouts you do outside of FT Fitness.

Each of these session types will be worth a different amount of points. These details will be shared with you once the challenge commences.

Weekly Missions

Each week, you will be given a series of three missions to complete in your own time.

These missions are designed to:

  • Encourage training habits & improve your fitness

  • Build consistency

  • Keep you engaged throughout the challenge

  • Add variety and fun to the experience

Missions can be completed at any stage during the week. You will be rewarded for each one you complete, even if you are unable to complete all three in any particular week.

Lifestyle & Habit Focus

Each week will also include optional health and lifestyle focuses designed to support long-term success, which can also earn you points.

These may include areas such as:

  • Hydration

  • Sleep

  • Recovery

  • Nutrition

  • Mindset

  • Daily movement

Participation is encouraged but not mandatory.

Mini Missions & Bonus Activities

Throughout the challenge there may be surprise mini-missions, bonus activities and community challenges.

These are entirely optional but provide additional opportunities to stay engaged and connected with other participants.

Fitness Test

All participants will complete a fitness benchmark before Day 2 of the challenge.

The same benchmark will then be repeated during the final week of the challenge to measure improvement.

Participants will be able to choose from three fitness tests, allowing them to select the option that best suits their goals and abilities.

The test chosen at the start must be repeated at the end of the challenge.

Elevation Levels

As you progress through the challenge, you'll work your way through the ELEVATE 26 levels:

  • Spark

  • Flame

  • Blaze

  • Inferno

  • Legendary

  • Elite

Your goal is to reach the highest elevation possible by the end of the challenge.

Challenge Completion

Every participant who completes the challenge will receive:

  • An end-of-challenge award

  • A completion prize

  • Recognition for their effort and commitment

Participants who achieve Elite Elevation will also receive a special bonus reward.

Who Can Join?

The ELEVATE 26 Challenge is open to all fitness levels and is designed to work alongside your current training routine.

Current FT Fitness Members

The challenge is completely free for all current FT Fitness group members and personal training clients.

Personal Training Clients

Personal training clients are welcome to participate even if they do not regularly attend FT Fitness group sessions.

The challenge has been designed so that PT clients can join and complete all required components.

New Participants

If you're not currently a member of FT Fitness, you can still join the challenge.

For $100, you'll receive:

  • Full access to the ELEVATE 26 Challenge

  • Access to all FT Fitness group training sessions for the entire 4-week challenge period

  • Access to online training options where available

  • Weekly missions and challenge content

  • Fitness testing

  • Eligibility for all challenge prizes and awards

This provides a great opportunity to experience the FT Fitness community, training style and support while working towards your own health and fitness goals.

Challenge Investment

  • Current FT Fitness Members: Free

  • Current PT Clients: Free

  • Non-Members: $100 for the full 4-week challenge experience
